The personal data may be known, not only to the processing controller, but also to Managers if appointed, to those persons appointed to perform processing, and to third parties, which for various reasons are able to access such data, including but not limited to - public bodies; consortiums or consortium companies; the owners of the distributed brands; operators in outsourcing and suppliers of application software, including in cloud mode; collaborators, external consultants, professionals; electronic and computer system maintenance staff.
Common personal data are not disclosed and specific permission will be requested for their disclosure. Sensitive and legal personal data cannot be disclosed according to legal provision.
The personal data are stored for no longer than the time required determined either by Law or by the purposes for which such data were issued.
The personal data are stored in the Countries of the European Union and can only be stored in other Countries with similar privacy laws for security reasons (disaster recovery).
The party involved is entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning it and to exercise all other rights - such as the updating, amendment, supplementing, cancellation - as provided by article 7 of the Law on the protection of personal data, the contents of which are available on the website of the Authority for the protection of personal data.
