If you are not happy with your goods you may return them.
Please apply within 30 days of purchase for a return or refund.
Items will be refunded providing that the item is returned in the same condition as delivered with the original packaging intact and all tags attached.
If you are returning all or part of your purchase you will need to log in to the mou website, go to my account, click on ‘my orders’ and click on the return link, then follow the instructions to submit your return request and generate an RMA number to include in the package.
Refunds are issued approximately two weeks after receipt of goods to allow for inspection.
Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third party. We will contact you in the event that we decide to reject your return request.
Please take due care to ensure the items are returned in good condition and not damaged or lost in transit.
We are not responsible for return postage unless in exceptional circumstance that an item is faulty, has been mis-described or your order delivered is incorrect.
When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
